Role purpose / summary
* Experience in implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions β and supporting technologies in large β complex organisations.
* Hands on configuration skills in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
* Knowledge and experience integration between Employee Central and other SF modules.
* Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central
* Involvement in at least one Employee Central implementation
* Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels within a client\βs organisation. Clear, compelling and effective engagement skills are critical.
* Ability to working flexibly, both onsite and remotely. Limited UK travel and overseas travel may be required.
