Partner Solutions Architect (Copilot)

18 month contract (PAYE)

Fully remote – UK based

We are looking for a Pre-sales focused Solutions Architect, with technical knowledge and experience of working on Microsoft’s Copilot.

This role is high profile and will involve contact with C level contacts across enterprise level organisations.

It is essential that you have technical expertise in Copilot (Certifications would be advantageous), and a good understanding of the usage and potential scope Copilot solutions offer.

You will be currently working in a technical pre-sales or solutions architect role informing and improving knowledge, adoption and implementation of Copilot within Enterprise organisations, and will have the skills to drive successful outcomes for customers.

As a Copilot specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Enabling and empowering clients to deliver high-quality solutions based on Microsoft Copilot 365.
• Working closely across a complex ecosystem including with tech, sales, product, and marketing teams.
• Developing partner ecosystems and the ability to navigate and leverage partner programs and resources.
• Educate on Copilot benefits and requirements, identify and match needs with the right resources, and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Support technical product implementation and troubleshooting, build persuasive communication and relationship skills, and handle technical queries with a solution-oriented approach.
• Help formulate market strategy, adoption strategies, focusing on competitive advantage and benefit realisation.
• Increasing capacity for new and upcoming AI products within Copilot.
