My leading client is looking an immediately available Solution Architect who can help them on a journey to support the design, architecture, and documentation of enterprise-grade solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (across CE/CRM, FO/FinOps and the Power Platform.)
You must be an expert in translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Azure services and Microsoft cloud technologies. You will define integration strategies, data models, and application frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices. A key part of the role involves producing high-quality technical documentation, solution blueprints, to support implementation and BAU operations. The architect will work closely with the lead architect to share & deliver the target architecture and collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, drive innovation, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable business value.
Core Skills
Proven experience designing and architecting solutions in Dynamics 365 CE and FO.
Excellent Azure services including Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, and Azure DevOps.
Expertise in Power Platform architecture and governance.
Excellent documentation skills including solution design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP business processes - in sectors such as healthcare, retail, or regulated industries.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
Experience with data migration, integration strategies, and legacy system transformation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Data savvy (XML, Data Mapping, Canonical, Database design) with a meticulous eye for detail.
Wireframes, user flows, visual design and mock-up / prototypes.
Understanding of overall customer needs and ability have a holistic view of design and user experience; ability to deliver on short term needs that fit into long term vision.
