The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced
Service Now ITOM Technical Architect
to support the design and delivery of Service Now IT Operations Management capabilities within a large-scale, complex enterprise environment.
This is a key architectural role where you will provide technical leadership across Service Now ITOM solutions, helping shape strategy, define architecture, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and solution design activities for Service Now ITOM implementations.
Define technical architecture across:
Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Cloud Discovery CMDB
Provide governance and technical assurance across delivery teams.
Design integrations between Service Now and enterprise monitoring and infrastructure tools.
Support solution estimation, planning, and architectural approvals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and future-state roadmaps.
Ensure CMDB design supports operational processes, service visibility, and reporting needs.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, administrators, and project teams.
Support client presentations, solution reviews, and bid activities where required.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience working as a
Service Now Architect .
Extensive hands-on experience delivering
Service Now ITOM
solutions.
Strong expertise in:
Discovery Service Mapping CMDB Event Management Cloud Discovery
Experience integrating Service Now with enterprise monitoring and infrastructure platforms.
Strong understanding of
ITIL
and enterprise service management principles.
Experience designing secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade Service Now solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working within complex enterprise environments.
Desirable Skills
Operational Intelligence / AIOps experience.
Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA).
Service Now ITOM certifications.
Service Now Certified System Administrator.
Experience working within regulated, secure, or defence environments.
