We're now looking for a Senior Estate, Property & Facilities Management to play a critical role in safeguarding government estates, influencing national security resilience, and shaping modern workplace environments. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead security assurance across a portfolio of government sites
- Act as the trusted advisor on physical security, supporting incident management and investigations
- Conduct security audits, health checks, and risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and solutions
- Drive compliance with HMG security standards across stakeholders and supply chains
- Design and deliver supplier audits, tabletop exercises, and assurance programmes
- Build strong partnerships across client departments, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support the development and implementation of security policy and processes
You'll be the bridge between strategy and delivery, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to physical security.
