What you'll be doing:
- Configure and maintain IBM Maximo Application Suite (Maximo v9) modules against business requirements
- Support day-to-day application operations as part of an Application Support function
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets in line with SLAs
- Translate business needs into functional configurations, including workflows and automation
- Build and refine workflows, escalations, security groups, domains, business rules, and UI components
- Carry out impact assessments for change requests, enhancements, releases, patches, and upgrades
- Support testing and validation for releases and improvements
- Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and third-party vendors when needed
- Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and support procedures
- Provide user support, guidance, and knowledge transfer where required
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with IBM Maximo Application Suite (preferably Maximo v9)
- Strong hands-on configuration experience across Work Management, Assets, Inventory, and Procurement
- Experience configuring workflows, escalations, security groups, and business rules
- Background supporting BAU/Application Support environments (incident and change activity)
- Understanding of software lifecycle and change control processes
- Familiarity with Remedy or Jira
- Ability to work within secure, access-controlled environments and follow strict data protection, security, and compliance standards
