Service Manager , you’ll be responsible for ensuring IT services meet business expectations, managing supplier contracts, and acting as a key escalation point. You’ll work closely with technical teams, suppliers, and service owners to optimize performance and enhance service delivery.Key Responsibilities? Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs for IT support services? Conduct service reviews and drive continuous service improvements? Act as an escalation point for service-related issues and complaints? Collaborate with suppliers to manage support contracts and service levels? Support service transition and acceptance into BAU support? Analyze service reports to identify trends and implement improvementsWhat We’re Looking For??

Experience:

7+ years in IT Service Management within enterprise environments??

Knowledge:

Strong expertise in Service Level Management, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management??

Skills:

Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities??

Qualifications:

ITIL v4 certified (Service Level Management Practitioner desirable)??
