Service Manager , you’ll be responsible for ensuring IT services meet business expectations, managing supplier contracts, and acting as a key escalation point. You’ll work closely with technical teams, suppliers, and service owners to optimize performance and enhance service delivery.Key Responsibilities? Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs for IT support services? Conduct service reviews and drive continuous service improvements? Act as an escalation point for service-related issues and complaints? Experience:
7+ years in IT Service Management within enterprise environments??
