The Role As a Senior Technical Programe Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale technology and transformation programmes, ensuring alignment between Product, Engineering, and Business teams. You will take ownership of programme delivery, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure key outcomes are delivered on time and to a high standard. This is a highly visible role requiring excellent stakeholder management skills, strong technical delivery experience, and the ability to thrive in a complex, fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Lead complex, multi-disciplinary technology programmes from initiation through to delivery. Drive programme governance, planning, roadmap development, and execution. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Senior Technical Program Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, or similar role. Strong background delivering large-scale technology and transformation programmes. Retail industry experience is essential. Excellent Agile delivery experience within product-led organisations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience managing third-party suppliers and vendor relationships. Strong understanding of programme governance, dependency management, and risk management. Hands-on experience using Jira and Monday.com.
