As a Senior Service Executive, you'll coordinate day‑to‑day Academy delivery across small to medium client accounts - keeping programmes on track, maintaining accurate reporting, and creating a consistent, supportive experience for every delegate. You'll work closely with clients, training partners, and internal teams to uphold service standards and meet agreed SLAs.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the day‑to‑day delivery of Experis Academy programmes across multiple client accounts.
  • Support delegates with onboarding, attendance, timesheets, queries, and pastoral check‑ins.
  • Maintain accurate programme plans, timelines, and documentation.
  • Work closely with Sales, Recruitment, Compliance, HR, and Payroll to ensure aligned processes.
  • Liaise with training providers to facilitate smooth programme delivery and gather updates.
  • Produce accurate reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients, partners, and delegates.
