- Provide key support to server and network migrations.
- Help move forward with server migrations hosting particular applications and databases.

- Expedite integration activities - strict deadlines and running multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Help establish a mature and consistent way of working within the division.
- Help create a knowledge base and library - business process mapping, requirements gathering.
- Stakeholder engagement - from shopfloor staff up to senior/exec level.
- Help lead and mentor some Junior/Support IT staff within the divisional team.
