Job Title: SC Cleared Business Analyst
Location: Farnborough (Remote working available)
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: 450 – 530 per day
Our Client, a reputable organisation, is currently hiring for a Business Analyst to support a transformative project. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Analysing data, systems, and processes to support project goals
- Gathering requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and system analysis
- Documenting current (\’as-is\’) processes and designing improved (\’to-be\’) workflows for increased efficiency
- Conducting gap analysis to identify necessary changes for project success
- Performing feasibility and impact assessments on proposed solutions
- Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Supporting testing and validation activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Challenging the status quo by suggesting data-driven improvements to support transformation initiatives
What you\’ll bring:
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex insights into clear documentation and user stories
- Experience supporting testing and validation activities

Education & Experience:
