My leading client is looking to recruit an experienced Salesforce IT Trainer. You will play a central role in ensuring the successful rollout across a disparate user base across the UK. You ideally will have a passion for delivering true Business change and must be able to deliver high‑quality Salesforce training solutions tailored to the needs of end users.
You will develop and implement structured learning plans for each system, applying instructional design principles and learning theories to create engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences.
Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and external system developers to define training standards and ensure consistency across all learning materials. Act as a Salesforce subject‑matter expert, contributing to training needs analysis, e‑learning development, and training assessments.
Provide scope for those who have worked on IT programmes in a technical role but would like to move into Training / Business Change. Support an immediate role involving UK travel and IT Systems Training background.
