Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Salesforce training solutions tailored to the needs of end users, particularly in the Sales and Marketing area.
- Develop and implement structured learning plans for each system, applying instructional design principles and learning theories to create engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences.
- Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and external system developers to define training standards and ensure consistency across all learning materials.
