We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support the governance, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, QA, and Information Security to ensure Salesforce processes, controls, and solutions are effectively managed and aligned to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Support Salesforce governance, standards, and compliance activities.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
  • Produce governance reporting, management information (MI), and control evidence.
  • Perform assurance activities including access reviews and platform assessments.
  • Support risk management, audit readiness, and remediation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement across Salesforce processes and governance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8-10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within Salesforce environments.
  • Strong Salesforce functional knowledge and hands-on declarative configuration experience including:
    • Flows
    • Validation Rules
    • Objects & Fields
    • Page Layouts
    • Workflows
  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governance, controls, and compliance processes.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, changing environments.
