Our client is seeking a talented Tax Advisor to take ownership of a broad range of corporate tax and compliance activities, ensuring regulatory requirements are met while driving continuous improvement across tax processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional who enjoys working across multiple areas of taxation and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant tax reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the corporate tax compliance cycle, including the preparation of corporation tax computations and Quarterly Instalment Payment (QIP) calculations.
  • Oversee non-payroll PAYE compliance activities, including PSA (PAYE Settlement Agreements) and Employment Related Securities filings, while supporting the transition to payrolling benefits.
  • Support local transfer pricing requirements and validate existing transfer pricing policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Proactively monitor and respond to changes in transfer pricing legislation and filing requirements, driving appropriate business actions where required.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen controls throughout the tax compliance cycle.
  • Manage the foreign VAT reclaim process, ensuring claims are submitted accurately and within required deadlines.
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors to support tax compliance and reporting requirements.

Key Experience:

  • Previous experience in a corporate tax, tax compliance, or finance-related role.
  • Strong understanding of corporation tax compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge of PAYE compliance, PSA submissions, and Employment Related Securities filings.
  • Exposure to transfer pricing principles and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Part-qualified or qualified ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA, or equivalent (desirable).
