RBAC Lead | Identity & Access Management
Contract Until March 2027
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Lead to support a major secure programme focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM), security governance, and access control operations.
This position will play a key role in managing role-based access processes, user lifecycle management, security compliance, and access governance across a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead RBAC and access control activities
- Support automated role allocation processes
- Manage user identity lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding
- Operate and support IAM tools and self-service platforms
- Investigate and resolve identity and access-related incidents
- Conduct regular access reviews and compliance audits
- Ensure access governance processes meet security and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with security and operational teams to improve IAM capabilities
- Experience within Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Strong understanding of RBAC principles and governance
- User provisioning and deprovisioning experience
- Access review and audit experience
- Security incident investigation and resolution capabilities
