My leading client is looking for a Power BI Insights Analyst with a strong background in the Healthcare industry. You will be working on a range of projects to conduct ad-hoc analysis to support specific areas of the business, including Business Development proposals and performance reviews.

You will be comfortable in developing dashboards, reports, and visualisations that will communicate and provide business insights. You will have a strength in understanding the business data needs and deliver analytical solutions that drive new and repeat business.

You must have a proven background in analysing and preparing healthcare data from various internal databases, ensuring it is accurate. This will include an understanding of healthcare data systems, standards, and terminology, including NHS data sets, clinical coding (e.g. ICD-10, OPCS) and operational data.

You must have working knowledge of the UK healthcare system, including the NHS and private healthcare sectors, and be proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Power BI, and Python. You should have the ability to work with large, complex datasets, including patient data and prescription data.
