We’re working with a leading European provider of industrial networking solutions that is expanding its UK services team. They are currently looking for an ambitious and technically minded OT Field Engineer to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across critical infrastructure sectors including utilities, rail, and defence. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, delivering technical support, training, and professional services for the company’s modern, in-house industrial technologies to a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OT and industrial networking solutions.
  • Support routers, switches, Ethernet cabling, and other data communication technologies.
  • Deliver on-site professional services and customer training across the UK.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with OT or industrial networking technologies.
  • Troubleshooting skills with networking hardware (routers, switches, Ethernet, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to face customers at times.
  • Any Engineering or networking qualifications (e.g., HND, CompTIA, CCNA, etc.) – desirable, not essential.
  • Full UK driver’s license.
