Key Responsibilities: As the Office & Assurance Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to: Providing first-line support for incoming calls, post, and general reception duties. Coordinating travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements. Assisting in daily office tasks, including purchasing non-capex supplies and ensuring the office is running smoothly. Supporting the HR & Assurance Manager with auditing, assessments, and compliance activities.
