Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor site access and support the safe movement of staff, visitors and contractors
  • Carry out internal and external security patrols
  • Monitor alarms, CCTV and other security systems where required
  • Issue visitor and contractor passes in line with site procedures
  • Support with key management, locking and unlocking duties
  • Maintain accurate security logs, reports and handover notes
  • Respond to incidents, hazards, faults and emergency situations
  • Provide clear guidance and support to staff and visitors
  • Help maintain a safe, secure and professional site environment
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times

Candidate Requirements

  • Professional, reliable and well-presented
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer-focused with a calm and polite approach
  • Able to follow procedures and work responsibly
  • Good attention to detail and strong awareness of surroundings
  • Comfortable working shifts, including days, nights and weekends
  • Full UK driving licence
