The Creative Automation & Templatization Specialist is responsible for driving efficiency and consistency in global marketing asset production by designing scalable templates and implementing automation solutions. This role ensures seamless integration across creative workflows (DAM and Workfront tools), leverages advanced tools including generative AI, and supports cross-functional collaboration to optimise asset creation, localisation, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain scalable templates for global marketing assets (static/animated, multiple sizes, product variations) using Adobe Stack and Creative Cloud Libraries.
- Integrate templates seamlessly into marketing workflows, ensuring compatibility with tools such as Adobe Workfront and other process automation systems.
- Manage asset distribution and synchronisation, coordinating with QC, transcreation, and localisation teams, as well as external agencies.
- Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly API services, Google Vertex AI, etc.) to enhance content creation and drive efficiency in asset production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and optimise creative processes.
