Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Power BI Service, Workspaces, Apps and Dataflows
- Manage tenant settings, user access, workspace permissions and security controls
- Enforce Power BI governance standards, compliance requirements, and reporting certification processes
- Monitor platform health, capacity utilization, refresh schedules, usage metrics and audit logs
- Manage gateways, data source connectivity and troubleshoot performance and refresh issues
- Maintain documentation and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure platform adoption and best practices
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Power BI Service administration and governance for both Cloud and Reporting Server
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), access management and security configuration
- Knowledge of enterprise governance, compliance and audit requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
Office-Based Working: This role requires 100% office-based working - 12-hour service window (07:00-19:00 UK time / 08:00-20:00 CET)
On-Call Support: Participation in a rotational on-call support schedule is required
