As he focuses on growing and developing the business, he's looking for the right person to take this over. You'll work closely alongside him, learn the relationship from the ground up and become the go to technical expert for this customer.
The role
Own the technical relationship with the business's largest customer and embed yourself within their organisation
Act as their technical subject matter expert, guiding strategy and decisions across their NAV and Business Central estate
Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business goals and translate them into technical solutions
Turn complex technical language into clear business language, and vice versa
Build long term trust and credibility at every level of the customer's business
Lead and collaborate with developers and consultants to design and deliver the best possible solution
