We are working with a leading organisation in the defence sector to recruit an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in radar, satellite communications (Satcom), and RF technologies. This is a permanent position offering the chance to work on high-profile projects for UK MOD and NATO, delivering innovative and practical solutions to complex technical challenges.
This is a client-facing role where you will engage directly with senior stakeholders, providing technical leadership and ensuring solutions meet operational and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of radar, Satcom, and RF solutions tailored to UK MOD and NATO requirements.
- Work closely with defence clients to understand needs and translate them into scalable, effective architectures.
- Provide expert guidance on system integration, deployment strategies, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Support business development activities through technical input for proposals and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain required clearance levels.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect within UK and NATO defence environments.
- Strong technical background in radar, Satcom, and RF systems.
- Hands-on experience with UK MOD projects and familiarity with defence procurement processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under complex conditions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- UK national with SC clearance (DV preferred).
