My client, a large global financial services brand, is looking for an experienced Content Creator on a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid, based 3 days onsite in the London office and inside IR35.
We are seeking a culturally fluent, platform-native Social Content Creator to create organic social content to support the objectives of the BU, supporting organic social platform owners CA&C to build and scale organic social presence. This role will be responsible for ideating, producing, and creating engaging content that drives brand affinity, community engagement, and supports broader marketing priorities. This is a hands-on creative role, requiring strong storytelling instincts, agility, and a deep understanding of social-first content formats.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute highly engaging and compelling always-on organic social content across key platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok) for the UK marketing team.
- Create platform-native content including short-form video, static assets, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and reactive trend-based content.
- Collaborate closely with Paid Social, Brand, Corporate Affairs & Communications team and creative agency to align organic content with campaign and overarching channel priorities.
- Identify cultural moments and trends relevant to our audiences and respond in a timely, brand-safe manner.
- Produce content informed by audience insights and trends.
- Monitor content performance and iterate based on engagement and sentiment data.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- 3–5+ years experience creating social-first content in-house, at agency level or freelance environments, with exposure to brands of a similar scale.
- Strong understanding of short-form video, editing tools (Adobe Suite), and mobile-first production.
- Deep knowledge of social platform trends, formats, and algorithms.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable working within regulated brand environments with structured approval processes.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities at pace.
