Role: Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud Specialist
Location: UK Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Active SC clearance required due to project restrictions
Skills & experience required:
Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
Hands-on experience in Payroll configuration and payroll implementation projects.
Advanced knowledge of Fast Formula development.
Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll processes, calculations, balances, and statutory requirements.
Experience with HCM Extracts.
Experience using HDL (HCM Data Loader).
Experience developing and supporting integrations using Oracle HCM APIs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with end-to-end payroll lifecycle management.
Desirable skills & experience:
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Knowledge of Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labour, or Core HR modules.
Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
Understanding of payroll compliance and legislative requirements.
Experience working within global or multi-country payroll environments.
