Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Data Integration Consultant to join the Synergy Integration workstream, responsible for designing, building, and configuring integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The role will support the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality integrations across ERP, HCM, Data, and Reporting platforms.
The successful candidate will produce functional and technical specifications, develop and unit test integrations, and support SIT and UAT activities to ensure stable end-to-end business processes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration solutions aligned to agreed architecture and design standards.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Proven experience developing integrations, APIs, orchestrations, and file-based interfaces.
- Ability to produce high-quality functional and technical specifications.
- Experience with unit testing, error handling, logging, and performance optimisation.
- Strong experience supporting SIT and UAT phases, including defect resolution and fixes.
- Knowledge of ERP, HCM, Data, and Reporting integration landscapes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Understanding of integration architecture, design standards, and best practices.
- Experience working within large-scale transformation or integration programmes desirable.
