We're partnering with a global leader in fleet technology and connected mobility to appoint a Head of Vision to lead the strategy, development and delivery of its video telematics portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role, taking ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of camera hardware, firmware and connected device solutions. You'll be responsible for driving product innovation, overseeing hardware development, managing device and firmware releases, and ensuring the successful deployment and support of market-leading video telematics solutions.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations and Senior Leadership teams, you'll play a key role in shaping future vision technology capabilities while leading high-performing technical teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.

We're looking for:

  • Strong experience within video telematics, connected vehicles, IoT or camera-based technology
  • A proven track record of leading hardware and device-focused product development
  • Experience with firmware lifecycle management, device management platforms and configuration control
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior level
