This is a founding-level hire, working directly with the founders to take agents from impressive demos to reliable, production systems that operate at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy end-to-end AI agents that turn perception (UI, pixels, system state) into real actions
- Design and scale multi-agent LLM systems handling thousands of concurrent workflows
- Own production ML systems, training, serving, and optimising large-scale / billion-parameter models
- Engineer systems that work in the real world, handling failure, edge cases, latency, and recovery
- Develop agents that operate across mobile, desktop, and varied environments without brittle logic
- Turn complex user journeys into autonomous, repeatable workflows
- Build evaluation and feedback loops (benchmarking, annotation, RLHF/SFT) to continuously improve systems
- Harden systems for production reliability, observability, and unattended operation
- Work across the stack, LLMs, backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure
- Collaborate directly with users to translate real problems into automation
- Operate as a founding engineer, shaping architecture, making trade-offs, and moving fast in ambiguity
