Our client, a reputable organisation, is hiring for a talented AI Automation Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple automation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects that drive efficiency and strategic value within a dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead delivery of automation workstreams, ensuring objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog, and delivery ceremonies to ensure predictable, high-quality outputs.
- Establish and track delivery metrics to demonstrate progress and value to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Provide strategic guidance on AI and automation, including workflow automation, machine learning, and optimisation techniques.
- Collaborate closely with senior client sponsors and stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trust.
- Lead and mentor a team of technical and business analysis resources, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
- Identify opportunities for process redesign and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience leading automation projects within complex environments.
- Strong understanding of intelligent automation, AI techniques, and enterprise architecture considerations.
