Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the development and evolution of a data-driven reporting portal within a retail environment. This role will play a critical part in shaping how data is delivered, consumed, and leveraged by both internal business users and external supplier partners. As a senior product leader, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for reporting and insights capabilities, ensuring the platform delivers meaningful, actionable intelligence that supports data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

    • Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the reporting portal.

    • Ensure high-quality delivery of embedded reports within the platform.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders across commercial, operations, and supplier-facing teams.
    • Collaborate with external suppliers to understand their reporting needs and improve platform usability.
    • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress effectively at all levels.
  • User Experience & Insights
    • Drive improvements in how users access and interact with reporting within the portal.
