The Role
As a Lead Recruitment Consultant, you\’ll be at the forefront of your specialist tech vertical owning relationships, driving revenue, and delivering best-in-class talent solutions. You\’ll have the freedom to shape your desk, backed by a powerful brand, global client base, and a high-performing, collaborative team.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Headhunt and attract top-tier tech professionals across the UK & Europe
- Win and grow client relationships – from start-ups to global enterprises
- Run full 360 recruitment cycles with speed, quality, and integrity
- Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging market insight, tech trends, and competitive intelligence
- Build your personal brand as a go-to market expert
- Drive new business and expand into high-value accounts and verticals
- Operate consultatively, providing strategic hiring advice to clients and candidates alike

- A proven track record in technology recruitment, ideally in a 360 capacity
- A hunter mindset with a passion for business development and solution selling
- Experience in owning and scaling a vertical or niche desk
- A natural relationship-builder with strong commercial awareness
- Confident, consultative, and motivated to exceed expectations
