We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Experis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Resourcing: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles. Utilize various channels and tools to attract top talent and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with high-quality candidates. Provide regular updates and feedback to clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights and advice to clients and candidates.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote our services.
