We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Specialist to join a high-assurance programme delivering critical services in a fast-paced environment. Due to the nature of the project, active DV clearance is essential for an immediate start and time scale of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual and technical testing across infrastructure and applications
- Create and execute test cases, analyse results, and investigate failures
- Manage defect logging and resolution
- Support and lead testing activities within Agile delivery teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices
- Mentor junior team members and support team development
Required Experience
- Strong experience within software testing environments
- Knowledge of SDLC and testing lifecycles
- Experience working across Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and V-Model methodologies
- Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, ALM, TestRail)
- Strong skills in defect management, test planning, and reporting
- Experience using tools such as Jenkins, SOAP UI, XML, CI tools
- ISTQB Foundation Certification (preferred)
