This role requires HLSC clearance and applicants must be a Single UK National. We are looking for an experienced Capacity Manager to join a support team based in BSN01 to ensure VMware based infrastructure capacity meets current and future business needs in a cost-effective, reliable, and scalable manner. In this role, you will ensure the effective management of service operations, adherence to SLAs, and continuous improvement of IT service performance.
