Job Description
Scope of Work - User-Centred Design Services
Provision of User-Centred Design (UCD) as a service to support the SSEN Transmission Digital Programme across multiple value chains and projects. The service embeds a consistent, holistic user-centred approach across the full delivery lifecycle, providing both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery.
Core Activities
- User research (qualitative and quantitative)
- Translation of insight into journeys, personas, prototypes and opportunity maps
- Governance and assurance of UCD deliverables at project gates
- Development and maintenance of a shared Experience Framework
- UX risk management, metrics (SUS/UMUX) and reporting
- Stakeholder engagement, facilitation and governance support
Resource Requirements
Four UX Design Leads providing value-chain-level leadership, hands-on delivery, assurance of vendor UX outputs, and progression of UX maturity across the programme.
