Senior Contract Manager Location : Remote Length : 12 months Essential skills and experience 10+ years contract management experience in complex technology / IT service delivery.
Expertise in Master Services Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and multi-schedule contract structures.
Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing contractual amendments and change requests.
Commercial risk identification and mitigation.
Managing relationships with regulated or quasi-public sector organizations.
