Our client, a leading organisation in retail and consumer goods, is hiring for a talented Field Deployment Lead to oversee large-scale visibility programmes across stores in the South, Kent to Cornwall. This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end deployment, ensuring seamless installation, brand consistency, and high standards across multiple locations.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage the full deployment process for visibility toolkits, ensuring flawless execution and brand compliance.
- Coordinate site surveys, securing all necessary approvals from retailers and authorities before installation.
- Oversee production, logistics, and installation of PPOSM, ensuring specifications and quality standards are met.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to guidelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage budgets to meet deadlines.
- Act as the primary contact for internal teams, retailers, and suppliers, maintaining clear communication.
- Conduct on-site quality checks and manage post-installation snagging to ensure visual excellence.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, operating as a solutions-oriented self-starter.
- Provide regular updates, performance insights, and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Manage multiple sites, travelling as required, and oversee the lifecycle of visibility assets.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in retail deployment, large-scale project management, or field marketing, ideally within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
- Hands-on knowledge of PPOSM production, fabrication, and installation, with understanding of materials and finishes.
- Strong grasp of building regulations, landlord approvals, and retail compliance standards.
