The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced
Integration Analyst to join a major transformation programme, supporting the discovery, analysis, migration, and modernisation of complex integration services.
This is a technical analysis role that sits between architecture, engineering, and delivery teams.
You'll help uncover and document existing integration landscapes, assess dependencies, support migration planning, and ensure delivery teams have the information needed to successfully implement change.
The role is ideal for someone with experience in system integrations, APIs, enterprise applications, and technical delivery within complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Discovery & Analysis
- Lead discovery activities across applications, APIs, integration platforms, and supporting services.
- Facilitate workshops with technical teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Analyse existing integration landscapes, dependencies, and operational processes.
- Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities for modernisation.
- Support architects in defining future-state integration strategies.
- Integration & Migration Support
- Assess APIs, services, messaging solutions, file transfers, and system integrations.
- Document integration patterns, interfaces, data flows, and technical dependencies.
- Support migration, transformation, and decommissioning initiatives.
- Assist with cutover planning, readiness assessments, and migration sequencing.
- Maintain accurate application and integration inventories.
- Delivery & Backlog Management
- Create and manage user stories, technical requirements, and backlog items.
- Support estimation, planning, and roadmap activities.
- Ensure requirements, dependencies, and acceptance criteria are clearly documented.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Delivery Managers, and Engineers to support successful delivery.
- Documentation & Stakeholder Engagement
- Produce technical discovery reports, process maps, interface catalogues, and dependency models.
- Support architecture documentation, migration assessments, and technical recommendations.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Build strong working relationships across business, technical, and supplier teams.
