The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding the team and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will take ownership of all recruitment activities across a team of 5+ members, working closely with stakeholders, the account team, and the Delivery Manager to ensure successful recruitment and alignment with business strategy.
- Manage and monitor end-to-end recruitment activities, including role distribution, SLA management, coverage, and timely task completion.
- Lead daily scrum meetings to monitor roles, drive the team against SLAs, and provide business updates.
- Guide the team through daily workload, develop and mentor team members, and conduct regular development sessions.
- Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
- Maintain data integrity and quality, managing recruitment activities via our internal CRM system.
- Perform various ad hoc reporting tasks.
- Monitor SLAs and coverage, addressing issues promptly.
- Champion the organisation\’s vision and values through operational excellence, professional behaviour, and high standards of work.
- Train and upskill team members.
- Drive redeployment initiatives.
Skills and qualifications needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in an IT or Tech background
- Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in challenging environments
- Leadership experience with the ability to execute a strategic plan
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Enjoyment working within a team environment
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues
- Proactivity in identifying and implementing process improvements in a fast-paced environment
