Key skills:
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros).
- Ability to remove impediments and support team delivery.
- Solid communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience coaching teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with product owners, clients and stakeholders.
- Basic familiarity with Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)
Nice to have skills:
- Experience within UK Public Sector.
