We are looking for a talented CRO Specialist to join our global optimisation programme and help deliver impactful digital experiences across 49 domains. About the CRO Specialist role

  • As a CRO Specialist, you will support strategy and lead the execution of optimisation initiatives aligned with business goals.

  • You will drive testing and experimentation using tools such as GA4, Content Square, and A/B testing platforms.

  • You will collaborate with UX, Product, Analytics, and Performance teams to deliver measurable improvements across campaigns and platforms.

CRO Specialist key responsibilities

  • Support the global CRO strategy and roadmap.

  • Use Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to deliver personalisation and segmentation.

  • Champion a test-and-learn culture across international markets.
