We are seeking an experienced CRM Data Engineer to join a major enterprise transformation programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing, integrating and migrating customer data across a complex landscape of interconnected systems.
You will be responsible for analysing customer data across multiple platforms, identifying integration and synchronisation issues, implementing data quality and cleansing processes, and developing robust Oracle-based solutions to support business-critical CRM processes.
Working closely with both technical and business stakeholders, you will design and implement data migration and integration solutions, ensuring data integrity, quality and consistency throughout the customer lifecycle.
This role requires a strong blend of Oracle development, systems analysis, data migration and API integration expertise, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with business users and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Skills and Experience
- Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development experience (3+ years)
- Proven experience creating and maintaining PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions and interfaces
- Experience developing complex SQL queries for data analysis, reconciliation and reporting
- Extensive experience migrating large volumes of customer data between systems
- Experience implementing data validation, reconciliation and data quality controls
- Strong understanding of customer data management principles and CRM data structures
- Experience comparing and reconciling data across multiple integrated systems
- Ability to identify integration gaps and implement solutions to improve data synchronisation
- Experience designing and implementing data cleansing and duplicate management routines
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
- Experience working with JSON and XML data formats
- Experience consuming and integrating with RESTful APIs
- Understanding of API authentication and security principles
- Experience using tools such as Postman for API testing and troubleshooting
- Strong systems analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience working across complex enterprise environments with multiple integrated applications
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders, gather requirements and present solutions
- Experience producing technical designs and supporting end-to-end solution delivery
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CX, Siebel or similar
- Experience with Customer Master Data Management (MDM) solutions

- Knowledge of customer data governance and data privacy principles
- Experience integrating Oracle databases with REST APIs using PL/SQL
