Salary: £130,000 - 148,200 per year
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Network Engineering within enterprise or secure environments
- Expertise across LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting complex network infrastructures
- Knowledge of network change, incident, problem, and defect management processes
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and technical teams to deliver network improvements
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience working within highly regulated or defence environments would be advantageous
- Must be willing and eligible to go through the DV clearance process
Responsibilities:
- Join a high-profile secure programme supporting critical network infrastructure within a complex environment
- Onboard and offboard network nodes across secure environments
- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain network devices, firewalls, and supporting infrastructure
- Provide Level 3 support across LAN, WAN, and core network services
- Support network design changes, upgrades, and technical improvements
- Investigate and resolve complex Level 3 network incidents, problems, and defects
- Work closely with third parties, resolver groups, and key stakeholders to implement service changes
- Produce and update network design and technical documentationManage, configure, and maintain cryptographic devices within a secure environment
