Rate: £600p/d – £650p/d Inside IR35 (Potential Flex on this) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Contractor's Engineering Manager (CEM) to lead and manage engineering assurance and compliance for rail infrastructure projects. This role will involve ensuring all engineering aspects are delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to work on a high-profile project within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage engineering activities in alignment with project requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for all engineering assurance matters. Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and contractual standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and submit relevant forms, including Form F0039, to the Designated Project Engineer (DPE) for acceptance. Oversee the competence management framework and appointment process, ensuring auditable compliance with NR/L2/INI/02009 standards.
