We are supporting a leading European IT services organisation delivering complex, large-scale transformation programmes across enterprise clients. Their Adoption & Change function operates as a mature centre of excellence, embedding structured, outcome-driven change into critical technology and business initiatives.
This is an opportunity for a Senior Business Change Manager to take a key role on a high-profile programme, leading change strategy and execution end-to-end, while influencing senior stakeholders and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
You will join an established Change practice that operates at the centre of major transformation programmes. The team works in a highly collaborative model alongside programme delivery, technical, and communications teams, ensuring change is integrated into the wider delivery lifecycle rather than treated as a standalone function. The environment is methodical and mature, with a strong emphasis on best practice frameworks (including ADKAR), governance, and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping how change is delivered across multiple engagements, rather than supporting a single project in isolation.

- Define and execute change strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training approaches
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including Director and Executive level
- Drive adoption, business readiness, and sustained behavioural change

- Work closely with programme and technical delivery teams to align change with overall delivery objectives

- Strong expertise in structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
- Ability to operate at Senior Project Manager / Programme level in terms of stakeholder engagement and delivery ownership
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption outcomes
- Experience working within complex, enterprise-scale programme environments
- Exposure to Operational Resilience (Ops Res) programmes
- Experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Background within consulting or large IT services environments
This role offers the chance to operate at a senior level within a well-established change capability, delivering across high-value programmes with significant business impact. It is particularly suited to individuals who combine strong methodological change expertise with the presence and credibility to influence at programme and executive level.
