Role overview:
- Proven experience delivering complex technology programmes involving multiple teams, suppliers and interconnected systems.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end systems delivery and integration planning.
- Lead delivery of complex, multi-team technology scope from planning through to deployment and operational readiness.
- Drive end-to-end systems delivery across multiple workstreams, suppliers and business functions.
- Ensure delivery milestones, dependencies and critical paths are clearly defined and actively managed.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships across programme, engineering, architecture, testing, operations and business teams.
- Lead release readiness reviews and governance checkpoints.
Nice to have skills:
- Ensure delivery quality standards, testing outcomes and operational readiness criteria are met before deployment.
- Support go/no-go decisions through clear reporting of delivery status, risks and mitigation plans.
- Proactively identify, manage and mitigate delivery risks and cross-team dependencies.
- Escalate delivery issues where required and drive resolution through to closure.
