The role is required to support the delivery of engineering and digital transformation projects, with a key focus on Siemens Teamcenter within a complex engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of technical projects from initiation through to completion
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies
- Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops and status updates with stakeholders at all levels
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and change requests
- Ensure project documentation is maintained and governance requirements are met
- Support the implementation, integration and enhancement of Siemens Teamcenter solutions
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery activities
Primary/Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager
- Working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter (essential)
- Experience delivering engineering systems, PLM or enterprise software projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing project budgets, risks and delivery plans
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Secondary Skills
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions
- Knowledge of Siemens NX or other CAD/engineering applications
- Experience within Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing or Engineering sectors
- Familiarity with systems integration, data migration or digital transformation projects
- PRINCE2, PMP or Agile project management certification
- Experience working within highly regulated environments such as Defence or Aerospace
