Are you a Change Manager with strong Business Continuity Management (BCM) experience looking for your next contract? We have an urgent opportunity to support a high‑profile transformation, where OCM and BCM are critical to success.
This role is not ServiceNow‑specific. It’s a hands‑on, delivery‑focused change role, embedding new ways of working and ensuring business readiness, adoption, and continuity.
The Role
Working within an established Adoption & Change Management (ACM) framework, you’ll support one or more programmes by delivering end‑to‑end change activities alongside technical delivery teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering end‑to‑end change and adoption activities
- Producing core change artefacts such as impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications, and readiness and training plans
- Engaging closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, and sponsors
- Managing people‑related risks including resistance, change saturation, and readiness gaps
- Tracking adoption and escalating risks where required
- Supporting governance, reporting, and transition into BAU
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven Change Management / OCM experience
- Strong Business Continuity Management (BCM) experience
- Hands‑on delivery of change plans and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments
Desirable
- Experience in regulated or complex environments
- Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG)
- Exposure to large‑scale IT or digital transformation programmes
Rate: ÂŁ535 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Central London (on‑site)
Contract: 3–6 months
