Core Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & Agile Leadership
- Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support lead researchers in daily decision-making.
- Progress Tracking: Organise and monitor project lifecycles to ensure key scientific milestones are achieved.
- Workflow Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies in the research process and implement better ways of working.
- Data Governance: Oversee data standards and ensure the team remains compliant with research data protocols.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact between internal technical teams and external partners.
